Mont-Tremblant, October 1 2021 – Today marks the unveiling of Tribu Tremblant, a new brand identity representing the Tremblant Resort’s community of employers and employees. Stemming from a concerted approach launched back in 2019, the project was set up by the Tremblant Resort Association to regroup and mobilize 80 or so of the tourist destination’s stakeholders under a common banner to overcome the challenges of recruiting and retaining staff.

With the ambition of showcasing Tremblant’s territory, lifestyle and the environment’s attractivity factors, the Laurentian region’s largest employment hub is pursuing its growth. The destination is driven by a will to build on the accomplishments, balanced lifestyle and sense of collaboration of the humans who reside there, and where exceptional experiences can be lived.

“Our tribe has evolved at the heart of an environment blending both work and a quality of life where guests from every horizon can meet up to find outstanding, inclusive experiences and genuine relationships,” stated Cristina Romero, General Manager of the Tremblant Resort Association. “Our wish is to strengthen the bonds in this united family composed of ambassadors who are fueled by the idea of learning, feeling fulfilled and going above and beyond in favour of our guests who are here (re)discovering our world-class destination. Combining our ambitions and passions in a larger-than-life natural setting – that’s what drives and motivates our community across the seasons.”

Conviviality, resourcefulness, authenticity, enthusiasm and inventiveness define Tribu Tremblant’s values that are also echoed in the different organizational cultures found among the Tremblant Resort Association’s commercial and lodging members.
