IMPORTANT Team Leader/Manager candidates must either live locally or able to easily get to Tremblant resort and be able to work on days as needed, including evenings and weekends as dictated by seasonality.
Required Skills:
- Fluency (spoken) French and English
- Proficiency with Windows PC’s and MS Office
- Strong administration skills and understanding of business practices
- Experience or interest in VR technology / gaming is beneficial

This role is more suitable for a mature, entrepreneurial individual with previous team leader/ manager experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or tourism.
Start date early June 2024
After comprehensive on-the-job training covering all aspects of the role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and success of the VR center, year-round, in both peak (busy) and off-peak (quiet) seasons.
Responsibilities include A-Z daily operations, staff and schedule management, team training and support, sales target achievement and maintaining a consistent high level of guest experience.
